Renee Serota is a second-year JD student at Berkeley Law. She is a Graduate Student Researcher working with Dr. Fan Dai on her research on decarbonization pathways in the United States and China. Renee supports Dr. Dai's research on legal and policy frameworks for decarbonization, including exploring methods for cooperation between the U.S. and China on the sub-national level. She is currently collaborating with Dr. Dai to draft sections of an upcoming law review article that will provide a comparison of climate federalism in the U.S. and China and the implications for decarbonization and transnational collaboration. She began her work with CCCI in Fall 2022.
